HR Certification and Recertification
Earn HR's Distinguishing Marks of Excellence
As the human resource profession continues to evolve, HR professionals are taking on broader and more strategic responsibilities within their organizations. With this expanded role, it is critical that professionals stay up to date on core human resource principles and disciplines. Earning a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) demonstrates a high level of expertise in mastering and applying those principles. Become certified as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
